Your venue benefits from a complimentary listing on Dish Cult, powered by ResDiary designed to attract more online bookings by showcasing your offering to a wider audience. The more detail you include in your listing, such as engaging imagery, compelling descriptions, and accurate information, the more likely customers are to choose your venue when making a reservation.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have uploaded your venue main image before moving forward otherwise you'll not be able to enable your Dish Cult listing.
Enable your Dish Cult listing
Follow the steps below to enable your Dish Cult listing:
Click Settings, then Venue and Dish Cult Listing Details.
Update the text fields from the following sections:
Contact details: Includes venue name, address, venue email and contact number.
Information: Description of your venue including currency and cuisine type.
Social media: Include all your social media URLs.
Locate Dish Cult listing.
Turn the switch on
next to activate Dish Cult listing.Scroll at the bottom and click Update.
🤓 Tip: Click Promote, then Dish Cult Listing to locate your Dish Cult listing URL from within your diary.
Troubleshoot your Dish Cult microsite
If your listing does not appear, try a few solutions below:
Complete all the mandatory fields shown on the Dish Cult listing section and ensure the toggle is turned on.
Wait about 15 minutes for the system to update correctly.
Clear your cache from your browser.
Update your email address
Follow the steps below to update what email address appears on your email templates by default and is used for your booking notifications:
Click Settings, then Venue and Dish Cult Listing Details.
Under contact details locate venue email address.
Replace your email from the text field.
Scroll at the bottom and click Update.
