To enhance security and control access to your diary, IP restrictions can be applied to limit login attempts to specific locations. Once configured by both you and one of our ResDiary admins, any login attempts from unauthorised IP addresses will be blocked, ensuring only approved networks can access the diary.
Enable your IP restrictions
Follow the steps below to restrict your access by IP address:
Click Settings, then IP addresses.
Click Create New.
Insert the IP address allowed on the text field.
Click Save.
Repeat this process for all your IP addresses allowed.
