Sadie is an AI-powered voice assistant platform that automates inbound booking calls for hospitality venues. Through its integration with ResDiary, Sadie handles the full reservation experience over the phone by checking your availability and creating bookings, also managing changes and cancellation using natural language conversation and live diary data. This means your guests can make or amend reservations at any time, without staff needing to answer the phone.

📌Note: Sadie is currently available to venues in the APAC region only. Support for UK and EU regions is to be confirmed.

Sadie's voice assistant manages the complete booking journey over the phone using live ResDiary data. Here is what it can handle:

Real-time availability: Retrieves up-to-date availability through the ResDiary Consumer API so guests always hear accurate information.

Create your reservation: Creates bookings that respect your venue's specific rules and restrictions.

Modify or cancel your booking: Handles date, time, and party size changes, as well as cancellations.

Leave time communication: Leave time rules configured within ResDiary are correctly applied and communicated to guests as part of the booking experience.

Sadie channel: All reservations created through the voice assistant are assigned to the dedicated SADIE channel in ResDiary, making it easy to track and report on bookings attributed to Sadie.

There are a couple of things to be aware of when using Sadie with ResDiary:

Promotions not supported: The Sadie integration does not currently support ResDiary promotions, so only standard reservations are available. If promotions are enabled on the Sadie channel, guests will be unable to make bookings, ensure that your <a href="https://help-resdiary.theaccessgroup.com/en/articles/12020431-remove-your-promotion-from-your-online-channels">promotions are not enabled</a> for the Sadie channel.

Payments not supported: The Sadie integration does not currently support payment processing or card detail collection during the booking journey. The Sadie channel is set to bypass payments.
