It's very important that you always keep your policies up to date as these interface directly with your customers during the booking phase. You can update both terms and conditions with your company policies, such as you cancellation rules, alongside your privacy policy.

Update your terms and conditions

This feature is mostly used to advise your customers of your company policies both on the booking widget and on your confirmation emails. Follow the steps below to update your terms and conditions:

  1. Click Settings, then Terms and Conditions/ Privacy Policy.

  2. Edit one of the sections below by clicking the Edit icon:

    • Widget and Dish Cult: These terms are seen by your customers when making a reservation online and they'll need to agree to these in order to complete the booking.

    • Vouchers: These terms will appear to your customers during the voucher purchase flow, our extra add-on, they'll need to agree to these in order to complete the purchase.

    • Our terms and conditions: These terms will automatically sync to your confirmation email template and get sent out to your customers once they complete the booking.

    • Custom: These are not visible anywhere, and are just a place for you to have policies on file internally.

⚠️ Warning: The terms and conditions will appear on your confirmation emails only if you have requested the correct token to be added on them. To check the current status of your token please contact our support team on [email protected].

3. Complete the text field with your terms.
