You can now configure your group widget to default to a specific venue. This means availability will first be shown for your chosen location. If the guest’s selected date and time aren’t available, they can easily check availability at your other venues with a simple click.
🤓 Tip: You can cross sell your venues availability within the same group.
Set default venue
Before moving forward ensure you have already created your group widget. Follow the steps below to default your group widget to a specific venue:
Click Promote, then Widget Configurator.
Click the Edit
icon next to your widget name.Click Venue Selection.
Under default venue select the diary from the dropdown menu.
Click Continue, then Standard.
Copy the code and embed it on your website.
📌 Note: The preview of your group widget will not default to your venue, but it will once you've embedded it on your website.
