The running order view is an essential tool for managing reservations efficiently. It displays a list of all reservations on a given date in the diary and allows you to customize the columns to show important aspects of each reservation according to your preferences. This guide will walk you through how to edit and view the running order, ensuring you can make the most of this feature to streamline your operations.
β οΈ Important: Open your running order by clicking the Running order
icon on the top right of your diary main page.
Customise your running order columns
You can choose which columns appear on your running order by following the steps below:
Click Reports, then Reports Settings.
Enable the settings your prefer.
Click Save Settings.
π€ Tip: While on your running order you can click your column header name to sort the list.
Customise your view by service or area
Follow the steps below to change what service or area appears on your running order:
From the diary main page, click the Running order
icon.Click Select Services & Areas.
Select your preference.
Print or export your running order as CSV
There are two ways of exporting your running order:
Click the Print
icon on the top right while being on your running order.Click Export as CSV while being on your running order.
π Note: Bookings per cover per time slot is a more condensed version of your running order and will appear at the end of your printing window, customise the pages you want to print, if you want only this to appear.
