Create a covers and revenue report to summarize the revenue generated by your bookings. This guide helps you compile and analyze booking data, focusing on covers and revenue.
β οΈ Important: Your customer spend is automatically added if you integrate with our EPOS partners. Alternatively you can manually add your customer spend on the booking form.
Report your cover's revenue
Follow the steps below to create your covers and revenue report:
Click Reports, then Booking Report.
Click Booking Details from the top left.
Complete the following options from the right window:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by booking date or visit date.
Date range: Select a range of dates.
Select visit date under grouped by.
Click Edit the columns you see and their order.
Keep only grouping, total covers, average spend and total spend.
Click Run Report.
