Create a customer spend report to gain detailed insights into your customers' spending habits. This guide helps you compile and analyze booking data, focusing on customer spend.
β οΈ Important: Your customer spend is automatically added if you integrate with our EPOS partners. Alternatively you can manually add your customer spend on the booking form.
Report your customer spend
Follow the steps below to report your customer's spending habit:
Click Reports, then Booking Report.
Click Booking Details from the top left.
Complete the following options from the right window:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by booking date or visit date.
Date range: Select a range of dates.
Click Edit the columns you see and their order.
Add customer spend.
Run Report.
π€ Tip: Click Export, then Export as CSV to download your report.
