Your ResDiary dashboard provides all the information you need about your bookings in one place. You can quickly and efficiently access your booking stats, filter your results, and export them just as easily.
View and edit your dashboard by watching the video below or follow the steps provided.
Manage your dashboard
Follow the steps below to view, edit and export your dashboard:
Click Reports, then Dashboard.
Choose what chart to edit or view from the following:
Total covers: Total amount of covers booked per period.
Type of covers: Comparison from your bookings and cancellations.
Lead time: How far in advance bookings are made.
Channel summary: Booking sources.
Click the icon on the top right of each chart to change its type.
From the menu on the right you can filter:
Report on covers or bookings.
Select your venues.
Change the date range.
Compare date ranges or venues by clicking Add comparison.
Click Run Report if you have added any filter.
Click Export, then Export images to extract your data.
