You can easily export all your future reservations from ToGo to migrate them into ResDiary. If more than 100 bookings you can arrange a booking import, alternatively we suggest you follow this guide to create your reservations.
📌 Note: The ToGo booking file converts time of day to minutes, you'll need to convert this as shown in the file attached before we can upload this.
Export your ToGo bookings
Follow the steps below to export your ToGo reservations:
From your ToGo dashboard, click Venue Statistics.
Click Detailed Statistics.
Select today as your start date and your last reservation date.
Click Get.
Click Export Bookings.
You can now arrange you booking import if this includes more than 100 bookings.
⚠️ Important: As this involve another system the steps might not be accurate, we recommend you to speak to ToGo support if you are having problems with the export file.
