Easily report on your customer reviews using our feedback report feature. Use this feature to take control of your customer feedback; view reviews, respond publicly, and request removal of inappropriate content.
Obtain your feedback summary
Follow the steps below to create your feedback summary:
Click Reports, then Feedback Report.
Ensure feedback summary is selected on the left.
From the menu on the right select the following:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by review, booking or visit date.
Date range: Select a period of dates.
Add filter to view only the bookings of your preference.
Group your list by to sort your list.
Click Edit the columns you see and their order to manage your columns.
Click Run Report.
Report your review details
Follow the steps below to view and reply your reviews:
Click Reports, then Feedback Report.
Click Feedback Details.
From the menu on the right select the following:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by review, booking or visit date.
Date range: Select a period of dates.
Add filter to view only the bookings of your preference.
Click Edit the columns you see and their order to manage your columns.
Click Run Report.
Click Add response to reply to your customer review.
