Create your marketing SMS template

You can create an SMS template for your marketing campaign.

In order to run your SMS marketing campaign within ResDiary, you'll require to have the SMS add-on enabled into your diary and a marketing SMS template created.

Create your SMS template

Follow the steps below to create your marketing SMS template:

  1. Click Promote, then SMS Messaging.

  2. Complete the following:

    1. Name: This is not customer interfaced.

    2. Message: This is what the customer sees.

  3. Click Add.

Add your unsubscribe link

Follow the steps below to add an unsubscribe URL to your SMS template:

  1. Click Promote, then SMS Messaging.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Paste {UNSUBSCRIBE_URL} into the text field.

  4. Click Update.
