ResDiary offers you to create, promote, sell, and manage vouchers for your venue. You can't delete a voucher from you list as this creates a track record of your past sales, but you can disable from your active sales as well as amend its details when needed.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the voucher add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Promote, then Vouchers.
Amend or disable your voucher
Follow the steps below to edit or disable your voucher:
Click Promote, then Vouchers.
Find your voucher and click the Edit
icon.
Amend the content of your voucher.
Alternatively click Inactive to disable.
Click Save.
📌 Note: If you are removing vouchers altogether, you may have links or a voucher widget embedded in your website and social media channels. Please speak to your web development team to remove if needed.
