All ResDiary email is sent via SendGrid. We send our emails from a fixed set of SendGrid servers, which is detailed in our spf.resdiary.com Sender Policy Framework record, SPF. You are sometimes required to create a SPF record with your domain name registrar to ensure that all your emails get delivered properly. An SPF record will ensure that emails sent from the specified domain are not marked as spam by any email clients. It can be done quickly, in a matter of minutes, by modifying your Domain Name System records, DNS.

Update your SPF records

Follow the steps below to adjust your SPF records:

  1. Go to your domain registrar's website.

  2. Login to the domain control panel.

  3. Open your DNS configuration settings.

  4. Edit your zone file and look for TXT or SPF record.

  5. Specify the following value:

     v=spf1 include:spf.resdiary.com ~all
  6. Save the changes.

πŸ€“ Tip: If you already have an SPF record registered, you can just include the code on the same line as your existing record like the below:

v=spf1 include:spf1.domain.com include:spf2.domain2.com include:spf.resdiary.com ~all
