Enhance your booking journey by allowing diners to choose their preferred seating area directly from your widget. This guide walks you through the steps to activate area selection, giving your customers control to choose the area they wish to book.
Enable area selection from your widget
Follow the steps below to allow your guests to select an area from your online booking widget:
Click Promote, then Widget Configurator.
Click the Edit
icon next to your widget name.Click Booking Summary Panel.
Enable allow the diner to specify an area when making a booking.
Click Continue to save.
🤓 Tip: You can enable include an any area option in the list of available areas to allow your customer to skip the area selection choice.
