We've recently added two new configuration options that give you more control over daily operations. One for those using our Pre-Order functionality, and another allowing customisation of information appearing on waiter slips.
🍽️ Order at Table control: Prevent accidental selections
Remove Order at Table from your booking flow when you're not using it
You can now disable the "Order at Table" option via a simple toggle in your Pre-order Preferences.
🧩 How it works
From your Diary navigate to Settings > Pre-order Preferences and toggle "Order at table enabled" on or off. When disabled, the option is completely removed from your booking flow, simplifying things for venues not actively using the feature.
🖨️ Chit print configuration: Customise your waiter slips
Choose which booking details appear on printed slips
Different venues need different information during service. You can now customise which booking details display on chit prints, ensuring your front-of-house team sees relevant information without cluttering slips with unnecessary details for your venue.
🧩 How it works
Navigate to Settings > Diary Configuration > Interface Settings > Chit Print Fields. Toggle each option on or off based on your operational needs, then click save before returning to the Diary.
Three new configurable fields:
VIP status: Highlight your most important guests
Promotion booked: Show which offer brought guests in
Past visit count: Display guest loyalty at a glance
