⚠️ Important: Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
Raise your feedback
Follow the steps below to create a feature suggestion with our team:
From your diary main page, click the Help
icon on the top right.Click Product Feature Suggestion.
Click the Create Idea button on the left.
Select ResDiary from the dropdown menu.
Complete the form with the relevant details.
Click Add Idea.
Upvote an idea
You can vote other people's ideas to increase their visibility for our team by following the steps below:
From your diary main page, click the Help
icon on the top right.Click Product Feature Suggestion.
Type your topic on the search bar on the left hand side.
Find your topic from the list, then click vote.
Enter your email address, then click Next.
Add your full name and click Sign Up.
📌 Note: You can cancel your vote anytime by clicking Unvote next to your topic.
