ResDiary Plus is our android and iOS application for restaurant managers, owners and hosts. Designed to sync directly to your ResDiary online reservation diary system this app helps the management of your restaurant services and allows you to make bookings in online or offline mode, check and edit booking and customer details, allocation of tables, update of mail statuses, view expected arrivals list and much more.

Download ResDiary Plus on tablets
Before moving forward ensure your device is updated to the latest version and you have already created an user to access ResDiary. Follow the steps below to download your app:
Open the play store.
Search ResDiary Plus.
Click the download button.
⚠️ Important: There is no additional charges and no paid upgrades to use our ResDiary Plus app if you have a subscription with us.
Switch diary
In case you have multiple diaries follow the steps below to switch your diary:
Click the three lines
icon on the top left.Select the down arrow next to your diary name.
Select a different diary from the list.
Manage your table view
Below is a list of actions you can take from your table view:
Select an interval of time from the time bar to change the interval viewed.
The current time in the time bar is marked in orange.
The current number of covers per interval is right above each interval.
The total covers booked is on the bottom left.
The table number is located on the top center of your table.
On the bottom right of your table you can see its cover size.
Tap and drag your table to quickly move it.
There are different colours based on the table status:
Grey: Available.
Blue: Expected arrivals
Green: Fully seated.
Red: Late.
Yellow: Partially seated.
📌 Note: You can create custom table plan views from our browser version.
Change calendar date
Follow the steps below to change the calendar date viewed on your tablet:
Click the left or right arrow around the current date to quickly switch date.
Click the current date to open up the calendar.
Choose a specific date and click OK.
Click the Diary
icon to go at the current date and time.
Manage your interface
Below is a list of actions your can take from your interface:
Click the Sync
icon to force an resync update.Click the Walk-in
icon to seat it.Click the Booking
icon to create a reservation.Click on the booking to edit or cancel it.
Click the left or right arrow around the area to quickly switch view.
Click the Book
icon on the right to open the booking list.Click the Search
icon to quickly find your booking using our magic search.
