Leave time rules are the function within services used to inform diners that you require their table back at a certain time. It is a configurable option that can be applied only when demand is high and you expect to turn tables for reuse. The setting can be tailored to specific dates through segments, adjusted by party size, day of the week, or time of day. Multiple rules can also be combined, giving you full flexibility in how and when confirmations are applied.

⚠️ Warning: You may already have a leave time configured in the general tab of your service. This setting applies from the specified start time to the end time without any detailed rules, such as specific days or cover size. If you add a more specific rule as described in this guide, it will override the leave time setting in the general tab.
