Security policies allow you to monitor which diary users are making or editing bookings. By configuring these settings, you can require users to enter a password before completing specific tasks, adding an extra layer of accountability and control.
Add your security policy
Follow the steps below to implement your internal booking policy:
Click Settings, then Security Policy.
Below new booking process, select one from the following options:
Force username and password only when rules are broken.
Force username and password for all your bookings.
Click Save.
📌 Note: The username and password are required following your preferences from the bottom left of the booking form screen.
