Reset your password to regain access or update credentials following staff or management changes. This helps maintain account security and ensures uninterrupted access to your diary.
There are two ways to update your password:
From your ResDiary main settings.
Through your login page.
Change your password from main settings
Follow the steps below to update your password from your settings:
Click Settings, then Your Password.
Complete the fields with your new password.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: This option will not be available if you've already migrated your user with Access Identity.
Reset your password from the login page
Follow the steps below to update your password from your login page:
Go to our login page.
Click Can’t log in.
Add your email address used as username.
Confirm you are not a robot and click Submit.
Follow the guidance from the email you’ll receive.
