Reset your password to regain access or update credentials following staff or management changes. This helps maintain account security and ensures uninterrupted access to your diary.
Change your password from main settings
Follow the steps below to update your password from your settings:
Click Settings, then Your Password.
Complete the fields with your new password.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: This option will not be available if you've already migrated your user with Access Identity.
Reset your password from the login page
If you have fail to complete your login process, this is most likely due to wrong credential utilised, please ensure you attempt to reset your password by following the steps below:
Go to our login page.
Enter your email address on the text field.
Click Can't log in?.
Enter your email address on the text field.
Click Reset My Password.
Go to your email inbox and click the link you've received.
On the reset password page, complete both fields.
Click Log In.
⚠️ Important: If you attempt a login with wrong credentials for five or more times, your account will be locked for the next 15 minutes. If this were to happen please wait those 15 minutes and then reset your password.
