Enhance your login experience by migrating ResDiary users with Access Identity, a more secure and streamlined way to sign in. This step by step guide will help you complete the migration quickly and confidently. The migration process takes an estimate of five minutes.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have access to your registered email address before starting the migration.
Migrate your account
Follow the steps below to migrate your user to Access Identity:
Open the browser and go to our login page.
Sign in using your credentials.
Click Start Migration.
Confirm your email address is correct.
⚠️ Warning: If the email address is not correct click Not now and update your email address from your user settings.
Open your email inbox and find the email called your verification code.
⚠️ Important: If you didn't receive the email with your verification code, click Resend code from the migration page or check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists contact our support team.
Copy the six digit code inside the email.
Go back to the migration page and paste the six digit code.
Click Verify.
Enter a new password with the following security rules:
At least ten characters long.
Not a commonly used password.
Rating needs to be strong.
Use mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols.
Click Set Password.

Set your override pin
Once you have completed the migration process, if you have an admin user, you'll be asked to setup an override pin that is used to approve staff actions that require managerial approval, such as overriding booking rules. Follow the steps below to setup your override pin:
As soon as you finish your migration process you'll be asked to set your pin.
Simply add your four digit code of your choice.
Click Save.
📌 Note: You can update your override pin anytime by clicking Settings, then Your Override Pin.
