Create an internal booking reminder

You can add a reminder to your reservations internally.

Reminders can be added to individual bookings to help your staff follow up on specific actions, such as collecting a deposit or confirming a food order. These notes are visible only to your staff and appear in the diary on the selected due date. Overdue reminders remain visible until completed or rescheduled, ensuring you don’t miss your important tasks.

Add your booking reminder

Follow the steps below to add a reminder to your booking:

  1. From the diary main page, click Book.

  2. Click the Reminder box at the bottom center of your booking form.

  3. Insert your message on the text field.

  4. Select the date.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Complete the booking as normal.


View and edit your reminder

Follow the steps below to view and edit your reminder:

  1. From the diary main page click the Reminder icon on the top left.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. Update the message.

  4. Click the Check icon to save.

📌 Note: If your reminder is overdue, it will appear every day until retasked or completed.
