We integrate with a company called Silverstreet for SMS. This is an add-on for your diary and costs £10 a month plus VAT per diary, plus the cost of a text message, which is roughly three pence per text. Each text is limited to 160 characters anything over this will then incur the charge of an additional message. You are responsible of topping up your own credits within Silversteet.

Set your SMS reminders
Once you have the Silverstreet integration enabled on your diary, follow the steps below to enable and manage your SMS reminders:
Click Settings, then Notification Settings.
Scroll down to email and SMS reminders.
You have to options to send your SMS reminders:
By schedule: Send all reminders at a set time.
Time before: Send a reminder set amount of time before their arrival.
Enable the tick box on the right.
Click Save.
🤓 Tip: If you or your customers create a booking for the next 24 hours, then this will be automatically confirmed and no reminder will be sent out.
