You can easily amend your customer's booking details.

Whether you need to update a customer’s contact information or make changes to an existing booking, it all starts with finding the right customer. This guide will walk you through how to locate a customer, access their profile, and edit their details using the booking form.

Edit your customer's booking

Follow the steps below to update your customer's booking:

  1. Find your booking from the grid view.

  2. Click the customer name, then the Edit icon.

  3. You have a few options:

    • Update date, time, covers or table from the left menu.

    • Update your customer's details from the right menu.

  4. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: If you change the service or covers from the right menu, you'll need to click the Search button once again.
