The repeat bookings feature allows you to create recurring reservations based on your chosen schedule: Daily, weekly, or monthly. This is ideal for regular guests, clubs, or events that book frequently and follow a consistent pattern.
📌 Note: Your customer won’t receive email confirmation for your repeat bookings.
Create your repeat booking
Follow the steps below to repeat your customer’s booking:
Select your customer’s booking.
Click the Repeat
icon. From the pop up window complete the following fields:
Provider: Choose your diary.
Area: Select the correct area as it will not always assign the same.
Dates: Choose a start and end date.
Time: Chose for what time.
Persons: Decide for how many people.
Select the frequency of this booking.
Click Make a Booking.
⚠️ Important: If you edit the repeated booking, the system won’t update all the upcoming automatically.
