Repeat your customer’s booking

You can easily repeat your customer’s reservation.

The repeat bookings feature allows you to create recurring reservations based on your chosen schedule: Daily, weekly, or monthly. This is ideal for regular guests, clubs, or events that book frequently and follow a consistent pattern.

📌 Note: Your customer won’t receive email confirmation for your repeat bookings.

Create your repeat booking

Follow the steps below to repeat your customer’s booking:

  1. Select your customer’s booking.

  2. Click the Repeat icon.

  3. From the pop up window complete the following fields:

    • Provider: Choose your diary.

    • Area: Select the correct area as it will not always assign the same.

    • Dates: Choose a start and end date.

    • Time: Chose for what time.

    • Persons: Decide for how many people.

  4. Select the frequency of this booking.

  5. Click Make a Booking.

⚠️ Important: If you edit the repeated booking, the system won’t update all the upcoming automatically.
