The diary grid view is the primary way that you will view your bookings, this guide shows you what everything means and how to make changes. Make sure you read through this guide ahead of your initial training with our customer success team.

Learn about your grid view

Follow the list below to learn more about your grid view features:

  • Along the top you can see each time interval.

  • The number below shows the amount of covers arriving during that interval.

  • The orange line denotes the current time.

  • On the left you can see each table grouped by area.

  • The number on the right denotes how many covers the table can hold.

  • Each cell is a time slot on a table.

  • Greyed out areas represent blocks where bookings are not allowed.

  • Coloured areas are close outs.

  • The horizontal lines on the grid are your bookings.

  • Bookings have a summary to help you recognise them.

  • You can customise your bookings colour panels.

  • Click L on your keyboard to open up the icon legend.
