You can manage various aspects of diner details when processing bookings. For instance, you can capture essential information like first names, surnames, and contact numbers. If your restaurant has specific requirements, you can adjust settings to make certain fields mandatory or optional.
Set your required fields
Follow the steps below to set required fields from your booking process:
Click Settings, then Online Settings.
Click Interface Settings.
From the general settings you can enable the following options:
First name required.
Mobile number required.
Email address required.
Click Save.
π Note:
Titles can't be mandatory.
Surnames are always mandatory.
You can simply decline the email address for one booking.
