Use the messages feature to display important booking information to your staff. You can set up messages that appear when accessing specific dates in the diary or during the booking process. These messages are for internal use only and will not be visible to customers. This feature ensures that your team stays informed about key details and updates.
Create your message
Follow the steps below to create a message to show your staff:
Click Settings, then Internal Messages.
Click Create New.
Add a name and description for your team.
Select a date range.
Change the status to enabled.
Enable alert during booking process if needed.
Click Save.
