Keep track of automated emails sent to your customers to maintain effective communication and ensure your messages reach the right audience. Use the notification report to view each individual automated email sent out to your customers. Easily access detailed information about each email, including when it was sent, who it was sent to, who it was sent from, and the subject of the email. This allows you to monitor your email communications and ensure your customers receive the information they need.
Report on your notifications
Follow the steps below to run a notifications report:
Click Reports, then Notification Report.
Select your diary from the restaurant field.
Select a date range.
Select either an Email or SMS report.
Click Get List.
Click the Envelope
icon to view the content of the notification.
⚠️ Important: You can only send SMS communications if you have signed up for the correct add-on feature on your diary.
