Create a no show report to understand the reasons behind your cancelled bookings. This guide helps you track cancellations, specifically focusing on the no show reason. Report on your no shows

Follow the steps below to create your no show report:

  1. Click Reports, then Cancellation Report.

  2. Click Cancellation Details from the top left.

  3. From the right window complete the following options:

    • Venue: Select your diary.

    • Date type: Report by visit date, booking date or cancellation date.

    • Date range: Select your period of dates.

  4. Click Add filter.

  5. Filter by cancellation reasons.

  6. Select no show from the list.

  7. Click Run Report.
