ResDiary offers you to create, promote, sell, and manage vouchers for your venue. You can manually extend the expiration date of your customer's voucher, cancel the voucher if it was issued by mistake or even resend them an email notification containing their voucher code and details.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the voucher add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Promote, then Vouchers.
Manage your voucher code
Follow the steps below to extend, cancel or resend your voucher code:
Click Promote, then Vouchers.
Click Search Voucher Reference.
Add your voucher reference in the text field.
Click Search.
You have a few options:
Click Cancel, then Cancel Voucher.
Click Resend Voucher, then add the email and click Send Voucher.
Click Extend, select the months then Extend.
🤓 Tip: If you do not see the extend option, then your voucher didn't have an expiration date when it was issued.
