Once pre-orders are submitted, you can create personalised place cards to support smooth service and enhance the guest experience. These cards can be customised with diner names, menu choices, logos, and images, then printed directly or exported for further editing.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the pre-order add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Settings, then Pre-orders.
Create your place cards
Follow the steps below to create your place cards:
Run your pre-order list report, then click Place Cards.
Select from a folded or flat style.
Choose to add the pre-order choices to the card if needed.
Choose to upload an image or choose from your library to all selected pre-orders.
Select which reservations you want to print form the right menu.
Click Print to print out your place cards.
Alternatively click Export to download them.
⚠️ Important: You customer pre-order choices won't appear if they have selected more than five dishes, you can export the place cards to keep this information.
