To help ensure guests submit their pre-orders on time, you can set up automatic email reminders to be sent ahead of the pre-order cut off. These reminders are fully customisable and can be scheduled at pre set or custom intervals, giving you full control over communication in the lead up to each booking.
⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the pre-order add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Settings, then Pre-orders.
Add your pre-order reminders
Follow the steps below to setup your pre-order reminders:
Click Settings, then Pre-Order Preferences.
Click Add email reminder.
Select how many days before cut off time.
Click Add.
📌 Note: You can create more than one reminder and this will apply to all your pre order menus.
