Once your pre-order menus are created, the next step is to send them to customers. This can be done in two ways:
Manually by your team on the booking form.
Automatically by attaching a menu to a promotion.
Both methods ensure your guests receive the correct menu in advance, helping streamline service and improve the dining experience.
β οΈ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the pre-order add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Settings, then Pre-orders.
Sell your menu internally
Follow the steps below to manually send your pre-order menu to your customer:
Click your customer booking.
Click the Edit
icon.From the bottom of the booking form, click Add Menu.
Select your menu from the list.
Click Pre-order.
Complete the booking.
π Note: Once you complete the booking the customer will automatically receive an email with the pre-order form to complete. You can also set pre-order reminders to be sent automatically.
Sell your menu using promotions
Follow the steps below to automatically sell your pre-order menus with promotions:
