Sell your pre-order menus

You can sell your pre-order menus to your customers.

Once your pre-order menus are created, the next step is to send them to customers. This can be done in two ways:

  • Manually by your team on the booking form.

  • Automatically by attaching a menu to a promotion.

Both methods ensure your guests receive the correct menu in advance, helping streamline service and improve the dining experience.

⚠️ Warning: Ensure you have signed up for the pre-order add-on before moving forward. Once it has been added to your subscription it appears on the diary by clicking on Settings, then Pre-orders.

Sell your menu internally

Follow the steps below to manually send your pre-order menu to your customer:

  1. Click your customer booking.

  2. Click the Edit icon.

  3. From the bottom of the booking form, click Add Menu.

  4. Select your menu from the list.

  5. Click Pre-order.

  6. Complete the booking.

πŸ“Œ Note: Once you complete the booking the customer will automatically receive an email with the pre-order form to complete. You can also set pre-order reminders to be sent automatically.


Sell your menu using promotions

Follow the steps below to automatically sell your pre-order menus with promotions:

  1. Create your promotion.

  2. Click Promote, then Promotions.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to your promotion.

  4. Click Menus.

  5. Click Pre-Order Menu.

  6. Select your menu from the list.

  7. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: All bookings with a pre-order attached will either have the incompleted pre-order icon or the completed pre-order icon.
