In order to migrate your user account to the new access portal, you will need to have access to the inbox associated with your username to verify your login and to create a new password in order to continue to have access to the diary. If you do not have access to the inbox associated with your login, you will need to contact your superiors in the business and they will need to create a new login account for you that is associated with an inbox that you can access. This does not have to be a business email address, it can be a personal one if your business permits it.
Edit your user email
Follow the steps below to edit the email address associated with your user:
Click Settings, then User management.
Click Users.
Click Edit next to your user.
Change your email address.
Click Save.
π Note: Alternatively you can click the Cancel
icon to delete the user and after simply create a new user for your team member.
