Access your ResDiary account using your login credentials to manage your diary and bookings.
⚠️ Important: If you are a manager for a new account you'll get access to your first login credentials at the end of your initial training session. Once you have access remember to create users for your team members.
Access your ResDiary account
Follow the steps below to login into your diary:
Go to our login page.
Enter your email address on the text field.
Click Sign In.
Insert your password on the text field.
Check the remember me tick box to skip the login process in the future.
Click Sign In.
📌 Note: If you have two-factor authentication setup, you'll be required to add your code before the completion of your sign in process.
Reset your password from the login page
If you have fail to complete your login process, this is most likely due to wrong credential utilised, please ensure you attempt to reset your password by following the steps below:
Go to our login page.
Enter your email address on the text field.
Click Can't log in?.
Enter your email address on the text field.
Click Reset My Password.
Go to your email inbox and click the link you've received.
On the reset password page, complete both fields.
Click Log In.
⚠️ Important: If you attempt a login with wrong credentials for five or more times, your account will be locked for the next 15 minutes. If this were to happen please wait those 15 minutes and then reset your password.
