Learn about Cendyn with ResDiary

Find out how Cendyn works with ResDiary to sync booking data and power personalised guest marketing campaigns.

Written by Fabio Fois

Cendyn is a CRM and marketing automation platform used by hotels and restaurants to deliver targeted campaigns and improve guest engagement. Through its integration with ResDiary, customer and booking data is automatically synced to Cendyn daily via the ResDiary data extract API, giving your marketing team the real-time booking insights they need to support loyalty programmes, upselling opportunities, and post-visit feedback initiatives.

Additionally, if a guest has a hotel booking but has not yet reserved a table, Cendyn can trigger a personalised email encouraging them to book dining, helping to increase restaurant occupancy while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Understand the data flow

The integration is one-way. Cendyn pulls data from ResDiary daily, but does not send any updates or changes back to ResDiary.

  • Source: Comes from ResDiary directed to Cendyn, not vice-versa.

  • Data format: Data is formatted as JSON.

  • Transfer method: All data is passed securely via API call.

  • Frequency: Data is shared daily.
