You can use promotions to highlight distinctions such as drinks only areas, dog friendly spaces, wheelchair accessible zones, or seating with high stools. These are just a few examples, you can include any other details that help customers choose the best spot for their visit.

Create your area specific promotion
Follow the steps below to create a promotion that assigns your customers to a specific area:
Click Promote, then Promotions.
Click Create a Promotion.
Use the info page to complete the fields below and set your promotion’s general information:
Name: Use this to clearly inform customers what area are they assigned to.
Description: Provide a brief summary of your promotion on this field to describe what customers are booking. This text appears under the promotion name.
Advertisement period: Select the start and end dates when the promotion is visible and available for booking, within the validity period.
Click the Areas tab, then tick the box alongside the correct area under the Required column.
Click the Validity tab, then click Create Validity Period.
Define when your promotion is valid and bookable:
Add date and time ranges.
Tick the boxes under the correct days of the week.
Click Add, then Save.
