We offer a range of preset channels within your diary to advertise your promotions, alternatively we also offer the possibility to create custom channels for your venue or shared within your group of diaries.
Learn about your default channels
We divide your channel list in three sections:
ResDiary: This covers all the default channels provided by us, such as our consumer portal Dish Cult. These channels are selected by default.
Global plus reseller third party: A list of third party partners who you can arrange a listing with. These are not active by default.
Group: A list of your custom channels, they are not selected by default.
Disable your online channels
Follow the steps below to disable online channels from your promotions:
Click Promote, then Promotions.
Edit your promotion by clicking the Edit
icon.Click Channels.
Tick the box beside the correct channel to enable or disable.
Click Save.
