ResDiary offers two types of booking channels to help manage and track where reservations originate. Preset channels allow you to share availability through partnered third-party booking sites such as Itison or Afternoontea.co.uk. Private channels let you create custom booking routes for your venue or group, giving you greater control over promotions and member access. Both channel types provide key benefits, including identifying the source of bookings, directing availability to specific areas of your website, tracking conversions through reports, distributing exclusive offers, and supporting private member access.
