Provided you have two or more diaries connected together under the same group, you can now enjoy group copying promotions.
⚠️ Important: Deposits, menus, areas, packages, images and translations will not copy across.
Copy your promotion
Ensure you already created a promotion, then follow the steps below to copy your promotion across your group of diaries:
📌 Note: If you copy your promotion on four or less diaries, then this changes will be immediate, whereas for five or more diaries this work will be scheduled. The system will send you an email once the copy has been completed across all selected diaries.
Click Promote, then Promotions.
Click the Copy
icon.From this menu choose from the following copy options:
Available in all areas: This promotion will be activated as available in all areas, so your customers will be able to skip your promotion selection.
Required in all areas: This promotion will be activated as both available and required in all your areas, so your customers won't be able to skip your promotion selection.
Status as disabled: This promotion will be copied over with a disabled status giving you and your team time to review the promotion before enabling it.
Enable the toggle next to each venue name where you want to copy your promotion, you can also make use of the top search bar to find your venue names or click on Select All to copy for all venues.
Click Copy.
⚠️ Warning: If neither area options are selected the promotion will be copied over with all areas disabled, hence why we highly recommend you always copy with the status as disabled.
Check your promotions
You can now go on each diary and ensure everything is copied over correctly.
Click Promote, then Promotions.
From the dropdown menu on top left change the status from Active to Copied.
Choose your copied promotion and click the Edit
icon.Move around the tabs to ensure all settings look correct.
⚠️ Important: Once you have copied a promotion across to another venue all further changes to that promotion will need to be addressed in each individual diary and promotion. If you copy a promotion across in error, please change the status of that promotion to disabled to avoid any unwanted promotions displaying as the process can't be reversed.
