Create your table rankings

Manage the order in which your tables are sold.

Table rankings are the table management feature that lets you set the order in which tables are assigned when a booking is made. This helps ensure tables are seated in a consistent order, making the best use of your space. Table rankings also allow you to remove a table from the availability search altogether, giving you full control over how your floor is used. By doing so, you can increase covers by saving joined tables for larger parties, improve customer satisfaction by seating less desirable tables last, and always keep a vip table available when needed.

Set your table rankings

Follow the steps below to create your table rankings:

  1. Click Settings, then Table Rankings.

  2. Select a segment if applicable.

  3. Select a service from the top left dropdown menu.

  4. Select a table size from the numbered options.

  5. Locate the column left to the Table numbers until the Grid icon appears.

  6. Drag and drop your tables to rank them as follows:

    • The table on top of your list will be the first to be sold.

    • The table at the bottom of your list will be the last to be sold.

  7. Repeat this process for all your capacities and services.

  8. Click Save.


Disable a table using rankings

You can disable a table for specific days of the week using table rankings. Follow the steps below to disable a table:

  1. Click Settings, then Table Rankings.

  2. Select a segment if applicable.

  3. Select a service from the top left dropdown menu.

  4. Select a table size from the numbered options.

  5. Disable the tick box under the correct day of the week.

  6. Click Save.

⚠️ Warning: If you disable a table, then its availability won't appear both internally and online, as well as you won't be able to use any table join that includes the table you have disabled.


Copy your rankings across services

You can copy your table ranking setup across different services without the need to set them up one by one. Follow the steps below to copy your rankings across multiple services:

  1. Click Settings, then Table Rankings.

  2. Select a segment if applicable.

  3. Select the service you want to copy from on the top left dropdown menu.

  4. From the top right hand side click the service you want to copy to.

  5. Click Copy.
