A phantom table is essentially a spare manager table that you keep in reserve, ready to be used when needed. For instance, if a table of 4 arrives as a party of 6, you can quickly pull out your phantom table to extend the seating arrangement. Phantom tables are never booked on their own and won't appear in your tables list in the grid view. They are only used as part of a join to extend an existing table when necessary. This feature is particularly useful for managing conditional table joins in tight spaces, ensuring you don't overbook your venue.

⚠️ Warning: Phantom tables are not automatically bookable online. If you want them to be booked online please contact us at [email protected]. This applies for all your phantom tables.
