Adjust your last booking time with close outs

You can change your last booking time with the use of close outs.

There may be times when your usual schedule needs to be adjusted such as setting an earlier last booking time on certain days or temporarily closing off a specific dining area. Close outs allow you to tailor your availability over the coming weeks without affecting your overall setup, helping you manage special circumstances with ease.

Set your last booking time

Follow the steps below to create a close out for your last booking time:

  1. Click Settings, then Close-out Settings.

  2. Click Create new close-out.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Name: Ensure it describe the close out for your staff.

    • Description: This is for internal purposes only.

    • From: Date when your close out begins.

    • Until: Date when your close out ends, tick no end date if you don't have one.

    • Days: Tick the correct days of the week.

  4. Add the intervals of time following the options below:

    • From: Add your last booking time here.

    • Until: Ensure this covers the end of the working day.

  5. Select the Area from the dropdown menu.

  6. Click Add interval.

  7. Select a colour for your grid view from the colour panel .

  8. Click Save close-out.

πŸ€“ Tip: You can always check if you close out has been added correctly, by going back to your grid view. The white space represents your available time, the colour panel you've selected for your close out represents it, the grey area is when your service stops taking bookings.
