Manage your venue's closed days and time restrictions with a redesigned interface that saves you time and gives you better visibility of your booking restrictions πŸ“…

πŸ’‘What are close-out settings?

Close-out settings let you restrict bookings during specific dates or times when your venue isn't available. Whether you're closed for a private event, refurbishment, or holiday, this feature ensures customers can't book tables during those periods.

🧩 What's improved?

Our redesigned page addresses the most common frustrations with the previous version:

  • Calendar overview: See all your upcoming close-outs at a glance on the right side of the page. Hover over the coloured indicators to see close-out names without clicking through

  • Better visibility: Key information like description, type, and area now displays directly in the table, so you can identify each close-out without opening it

  • Multi-select areas: Select multiple areas at once when creating interval-based close-outs instead of adding them one by one

  • Batch interval creation: Add multiple time intervals in a single action when creating or editing close-outs, eliminating repetitive saving

  • Flexible view options: Display up to 100 close-outs per page or keep the default 10

πŸ›  How to access
