You can allow customers to edit or cancel their bookings online while controlling how far in advance those changes can be made. This helps maintain flexibility for guests while protecting your operations from last minute adjustments.
Adjust your online booking changes
Follow the steps below to adjust when your customers can edit or cancel their reservation online:
Click Settings, then Online Settings.
Scroll down at the bottom of the page.
Locate stop allowing edit cancel bookings x mins in advance of booking.
Edit the text field with your value in minutes.
Click Save.
🤓 Tip: Insert a value of zero, to disable this feature.
