The Managers app is a mobile friendly version of ResDiary for web browsers that gives managers quick access to bookings and availability while on the move. It allows you to instantly view online bookings via the inbox, make basic changes by service, and control availability with a simple toggle. This means you can manage bookings anytime, anywhere, confidently handle late bookers and walk-ins, and adjust your online availability with ease.

Access ResDiary on mobile browser
Follow the steps below to access your manager's app on mobile browser:
Open your default web browser.
Go to our login page.
Access ResDiary with your credentials.
Click the Navigation
icon to get started.

Manage your interface
Below is a list of actions your can take from your manager's app:
Click the Online Bookings
icon to open an inbox with all bookings confirmed and cancelled online.Click the Booking List
icon to open a list of your existing bookings.Click the Close Outs
icon to block your bookings for areas and services.Click the Help
icon to open our help center.
Manage your online bookings page
The online bookings page is a booking alert area for you to be notified of new reservation and archive them once they have been noted. Below is a list of actions you can take from your online bookings page on your manager's app:
Click Current Booking to see any new online bookings for your present service.
Click Future Bookings to see all new online bookings for your future services.
Click Showing New to see a list of all un-archived new bookings.
Click the Archive
icon to mark your new bookings as read.Click Showing All to view both new and archived bookings.
Manage your booking list page
The booking list displays all bookings for a given date and service period and allows you to cancel a booking or edit the covers downward. Below is a list of actions your can take from your booking list on your manager's app:
Change the date of the list by clicking on the current date.
Change the service of the list by clicking on the current service.
Click the Customer
icon to open and edit their details.Click the Cancel
icon to delete the booking.Click the Tick
icon to mark the booking as VIP.
Manage your close out page
The close out page allows you to block individual areas and service for new upcoming bookings. Follow the steps below to manage your close outs on the manager's app:
Click the Close Outs
icon.Select a date.
Click a service or area to close it.
