If you prefer not to accept online bookings anymore, you can easily disable this feature in your online settings. Once disabled, new appointments will no longer be scheduled through the online booking system.
Disable your online reservations
Follow the steps below to disable your online bookings:
Click Settings, then Online Settings.
Locate Online Settings.
Disable the tick box beside accept online bookings.
Click Save.
⚠️ Important: This setting disables online reservations from all your booking channels, you can disable online availability only for specific channels, like Dish Cult.
