Delete a customer profile from your database to comply with guest requests and maintain data accuracy. This guide explains how to delete a customer profile from your database. You ensure that the process is handled efficiently and correctly, while also taking into account any future bookings that need to be canceled beforehand.

Delete your customer's profile

Follow the steps below to delete a customer profile from your database:

  1. Click Reports, then New Customer List.

  2. From the menu on the right complete one of the following:

    • Surname.

    • Email address.

  3. Change the date range to all.

  4. Click Run Report.

    ⚠️ Warning: Click your customer profile, then Booking History and ensure they do not have any future booking before deleting their user. In case they do speak with the customer to either cancel them or retain their profile.

  5. Click the three dots on your customer profile.

  6. Click Delete Customer.

  7. Click Yes.

πŸ€“ Tip: You can delete multiple profiles from your customer list by selecting the tick box on the left for all the profiles, then click Delete at the bottom center of your screen.
